Evolution and it's flaws

Biology flaws of evolution and proof of creationism. Firstly creation isn't a product of a spontaneous random but a product of an induced design and process reason been a spontaneous random would produce an irregular pattern which would be meaningless but an induce design would produce a regular pattern with meaning which basically creation  all know creation is a regular pattern with meaning.
If the period of evolution and age of the earth was said to in a time frame of 24 hours. The total time expected for evolution to have occurred and 3.8billion approximately 4billion years in which the earth has existed  each hour would be 166,666,667 years every minute would be 3million years and every second 46,000 year.
If placed in line with evolution in same time frame evolution would have been in would have been in 6hrs which 6am and earth would have been at the close of the day.
Which means the most complex life which is humans would not be currently existing. In accordance to Charles  Darwin after his postulate of evolution theory he said "nature doesn't jump" if nature doesn't jump then  doesn't jump and humans are currently existing then it must have happened sporadically (rapidly) taken a giant leap. Which is basically contradictory lets keep Darwin's law aside. Do a little experiment on gene if different species are  collected w would actually discover that every specie has its genetics pattern which is different from organism of other specie. Every organism in every specie is unique from others but still remain of that specie i·E every specie is unique  But still remain of that specie they are unique but of similar genetics pattern. Every specie has its unique features despite it genetics resemblance. While those same spice would be totally different from other specie.
It has no genetics with a different specie. What does denote a confines limit of matching and a regular pattern. The evolution of organism would be impossible because unit are matched within confines for this reason every organism is unique but remains of that specie. Organism don't evolve because evolution would involve continuous transition which is irreversible extinction but basically life takes a cycler part example embryo > foetus  > child > adult > and generation start the cycle again from an embryo >....     for this reason every specie is unique and every human is in 100s of zillions. Evolution can't take a gaint  leap since it basically not a mechanical method but rather it goes in accordance to adaptation to climatic change of that period. Which basically means extinction of specie who don't develop and don't have the adaptive features required for survival. But basically means either simplest specie which are the earliest form of life would not evolve or would have been in extinction which means they would basically not be  existing.
